Brandon Clements, of the Orange, CA office has been named Partner at Hillmann Consulting, LLC. A graduate of San Diego State University, Clements earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Finance degree. He has been a Regional Director of the firm for the past 7 years. He also served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy.
