Zehner Builds Subscription Based eCommerce Experience for Rachel Zoe’s Box of Style

Rachel Zoe has brought her unparalleled sense of glamour to the masses with Box of Style, a curated box of seasonal fashion and beauty products. The Box of Style team approached Zehner to design and build a subscription based eCommerce experience that would educate consumers and elevate the brand.

"The Box of Style appeal is broad, and one of the main concerns was ensuring that the site had the capability to speak to both new and current customers. With that in mind, Zehner architected a system that would allow new capabilities for A/B testing to both meet the consumer needs and business goals," says Mick McCarthy, VP of Design at Zehner.


With a great understanding of the current demographic and pain point within a current system, Zehner began the journey of ideation and wireframing for desktop and mobile.

Implementing a mobile-minded design approach, we prototyped a completely new Box of Style experience that encourages engagement and makes conversion seamless. Through high fidelity design and art direction, the Box of Style brand and emotional experience was brought to life.
