Wild Flour Receives Second Consecutive FABI Award!

The 2018 FABI Award is presented by the National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show®

Longmont, Colorado: Wild Flour Bakery is proud to announce receipt of the 2018 FABI Award from the National Restaurant Association®, Hotel-Motel Show®, 2018 Food and Beverage (FABI) Awards. For the second consecutive year, Wild Flour is honored, as this award recognizes innovative products that excel in taste, creativity and profit potential as well as their ability to make a significant impact in the restaurant industry.  In 2017, it was Wild Flour’s Pizza and Sandwich Roll Doughs that were honored.  This year, their Gourmet Cookie Dough line was the award-winning product line.

“The FABI Awards showcase the visionary companies helping chefs and foodservice operators innovate and drive guest satisfaction,” says Dickie Brennan, Convention Chairman for NRA Show 2018 and owner/managing partner of Dickie Brennan & Company, whose restaurant group includes Tableau, Palace Café, Dickie Brennan’s Steakhouse, and Bourbon House.

Wild Flour and their array of gluten free dough products will be showcased in booth #10324, Lakeside Hall at this year’s NRA Show® 2018, held from May 19-22 in Chicago at McCormick Place.   In addition, NRA Show attendees will be able to sample Wild Flour’s products at FABI Awardee Tasting events held in Foodamental Studio on Monday, May 21st.
