The CW100PESC features a large 52" x 36" x 9" cooking surface with 1-1/2" pizza stones. The 1-1/2" stones are standard. The CW100PESC can hold 20, 9" pizzas, 12, 12" pizzas, or 6, 16" pizzas. Only 67" wide, it is a space saver. The CW100PESC features the Peerless energy-saving, 5-cell "Power-Pack" burner systems and a unique baffle system, ensuring even distribution of heat during the baking process. 100,000 BTU's of power allows for quick recovery.
