Wild Flour Receives FABI 2017 Award presented by the National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show®

Boulder, Colorado: Wild Flour Bakery is pleased to announce receipt of the prestigious FABI Award from the National Restaurant Association®, Hotel-Motel Show®, 2017 Food and Beverage (FABI) Awards. This award recognizes innovative food and beverage products that make a significant impact in the restaurant industry.

Wild Flour and their array of gluten free dough products will be showcased in the Alternative Bites section of the South Hall at this year’s NRA Show® 2017, held from May 20-23 in Chicago at McCormick Place. 

According to the award announcement, the recipients of this year’s FABI Award were chosen based on their positive benefits to restaurant operators and consumers by an independent panel of experts, representing a variety of both commercial and non-commercial industry segments.
