CHARLOTTE COMPANY LEADS WORLD IN GAS BURNERS FOR WOOD-FIRED PIZZA OVENS

Charlotte-based company offers a way to convert wood fired pizza ovens to gas

CHARLOTTE, January 24, 2018 — Sourcing wood for a pizza oven can become a problem for any Pizzeria, and wood can be costly and difficult to manage. Setting a fire in a wood fired pizza ovens takes time, and creating the same fire every day takes a certain skill.

The Vamparossa gas burner takes the hassle and guess-work out of building a fire and of particular interest to Restauranteurs it is quick and convenient to operate.

Charlotte-based company Vamparossa (“Vamparossa” means “red blaze”) have designed a gas burner that converts any traditional pizza oven to allow cooking with gas, wood or both together, otherwise known as dual-fuel. This fuel source replaces wood but gives the same flavor as wood.
