Fujitsu to Demo Bluetooth® Wireless-Based Sensor Devices in Mesh Networking and Augmented Reality IoT Applications at Sensors Expo 2017

Fujitsu Components America will demonstrate new Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) wireless-based sensor products in various Internet of Things (IoT) applications during Sensors Expo 2017 in booth #1029 of the IoT and Wireless Pavilion.

“Industrial IoT continues to grow at a rapid pace,” said Bob Thornton, COO, Fujitsu Components America, Inc. “Bluetooth Low Energy provides an easy and efficient way to enable Internet connectivity for embedded devices through BLE-enabled platforms, like smartphones and tablets,” he said.

Booth demonstrations will include:

•Fujitsu BlueBrain Sensor-Based System transmitting IoT data into a Microsoft HoloLens Augmented Reality Headset to demonstrate an industrial troubleshooting and preventive maintenance application.

•Fujitsu Bluetooth Low Energy mesh network technology driving a responsive, visual imaging wall capable of producing 1.6 million colors consisting of Yume Cloud GLOW Smart Cubes, a MEMs microphone, speaker, 5 LEDs, a 9-axis MEMs sensor, a battery charging circuit, and more.

•Fujitsu Bluetooth Low Energy Sensor Beacon Device supporting the enmo Technologies IoT.Over.Beacon development platform for creating custom smartphone IoT apps in only a few minutes, using a menu-driven tool.

The Fujitsu booth staff will include subject matter experts from partners CRATUS Technology, Yume Cloud, and enmo Technologies
