Lake Tegernsee, Germany, 12.5.2017. Marking the 25th anniversary of her brand, designer Tamara Comolli returns to COUTURE with a beautiful range of her internationally renowned gemstone collections.
Since its launch in 1992, the US has played a significant role in the evolution of the TAMARA COMOLLI brand. With exclusive boutiques in Southampton, NY and Palm Beach, Florida, as well as several wholesale partners across the country, the German-based company is very much at home in American market.
Twenty-five years on, Tamara Comolli recalls how "COUTURE helped us get started in the US". In the meantime, having "captured many hearts in America", she is thrilled to return to the show with novelty collections and new interpretations of iconic pieces. An example of the latter is a limited edition of the MIKADO FLAMENCO CANDY bracelet – the brand’s most famous creation.
The epitome of "casual luxury", the bracelet combines 51 hand-picked, vibrant gemstones that dance on the wearer’s wrist, as the name implies. For the first time ever, it is available in 18K rose gold and comes with a personalized number for those lucky enough to acquire one.
Further show highlights include the gem-studded CURRICULUM VITAE ring - a TAMARA COMOLLI classic since 1991 - a huge color range of the brand’s typical MIKADO "acorn" pendants, as well as the recently launched LACE ring, a uniquely crafted statement piece.
