Herndon, VA — (October 11, 2016) – DLT Solutions (DLT), an award winning, public sector technology leader, today announced that they have been named an Intel Security Support Provider (ISSP) for the United States public sector market.
As a platinum member of the Intel Security Partner Program, DLT will provide first and second level technical support relating to Endpoint Protection products within the Intel Security portfolio. The program also provides customers direct access to third level support from Intel Security, when needed.
The ISSP program requires completion of an in-depth training and certification process to ensure technical compliance and customer satisfaction. Intel Security has a limited number of authorized ISSPs globally, with DLT being one of only three of Intel’s ISSPs in North America.
Created in 2005, the DLT Operations Center provides 24x7x365 ITAR-compliant, U.S. citizen, U.S. soil technical support for technologies from leading vendors including Amazon Web Services, Google, NetApp, Quantum, Veritas and now Intel Security.
