Elleffe Design plans to introduce its new Alzate collection of tiered serving stands to the North American market at NY NOW Summer Session 2017 being held at New York's Javits Center . Elleffe Design can be found in Booth #3624, which is located in the third floor in tabletop and gourmet section of the expo.
The 14 pieces in the Alzate collection are designed to be used as a decorative centerpiece to hold floral arrangements, serve fruit, special occasion cakes, wedding cakes, appetizers, cheese service, pastries and more.
The material for the Alzate collection is certified 18/10 stainless steel which guarantees an enduring high quality product that will last for decades, is non-corrosive, is resistant to absorbing any odor or taste, will not react chemically with foods of any kind, and can be used indoors and outdoors. The 18/10 grade of stainless steel is the ideal material for food service of both hot and cold dishes.
