Pure Air Controls Services plans to feature HVAC New Life total hygienic restoration alongside its other popular IAQ solutions, such as PURE-Steam HVAC coil cleaning.

“As BOMA Greater Tampa Bay members ourselves, we are excited to unveil this innovative way to extend the life of aging HVAC systems to the association at large” says Troy Raszka, Marketing Director for Pure Air Controls Services, Inc., “HVAC New Life can really give building owners and managers a reprieve from having to pick and choose between budgeting for other needs or the expense of total HVAC replacement. New Life can restore for pennies on the dollar compared to replacement!”

The HVAC New Life process combines efficiency testing, PURE-Steam coil cleaning, PURE-Liner and PURE-Coat water resistant/anti-microbial painting into a single service to hygienically restore old equipment. The air handling units serviced with HVAC new life are hygienically restored and typically see gains in energy efficiency that result in lower operating costs.
