User Conferences, Events and Association Sector

SmartSource® Computer & Audio Visual Rentals (Hauppauge, NY, www.smartsourcerentals.com), one of the nation’s leading providers of computer, audio visual (AV) and technology solutions for businesses and events, announced the appointment of Amy Zaczkowski as an Account Executive based in Austin, Texas. Zaczkowski will be focusing on developing new client relationships within the Event Solutions Division primarily relating to user conferences, large events and association meetings.
Amy has a strong background marketing solutions to the conference, event and association meeting sector. Her knowledge spans across all aspects of event technology applications from new business development and contract negotiations, to strategic planning, product demonstrations and key account management.

Prior to joining SmartSource, Amy served as Enterprise Solutions Manager with Alliance Tech by Cvent, a position she held since 2011 ensuring client satisfaction and growth in the event technology and business intelligence space. Her achievements with Alliance Tech were many and included maintaining top performer status exceeding sales goals with prestigious Fortune 500 enterprise accounts throughout her five-year tenure.
In addition to her role with Alliance Tech, Amy was the National Sales Director with International Conference Management, where she was the top sales director throughout her eight-year tenure. In her position, she effectively targeted C-suite decision makers across diverse industries to secure lucrative sponsorships for over 25 trade shows annually. Her career also included Home Loan Sales Consultant with USAA Federal Savings Bank and a Research Analyst with HSBC. She is actively involved in the meetings and events industry attending annual industry networking events.
Amy attended the State University of New York at Buffalo and currently resides in Round Rock, TX.
