REDEMPTION PLUS FINALIZES DESIGN OFFERINGS

LENEXA, Kansas – Redemption Plus® partnered with customers and top industry consultants to develop and finalize a full suite of redemption and game room design solutions. The year-long process has resulted in the company having signed five project agreements with family entertainment centers since Oct. 1.

Aimee Dolehanty, Digital Experience Architect, spearheaded the program’s development since the company hired her in 2015. With her leadership, Redemption Plus now offers a one-stop-shop for family entertainment center design: redemption room design, deluxe creations in “wow” and interactive pieces, game room layouts, AutoCAD creation, Sketchup 3D modeling, electrical layouts and install supervision.

“Each time I work on any project I keep the experience in mind,” Dolehanty said. “In my direct work, I am obsessed with creating a redemption room or counter that is on par with the most exciting game out there. I spend time researching extraordinary design and work on creating experiential fixtures, while infusing movement and lighting into the room anywhere I can.”

Several family entertainment centers helped test and create the multitude of offerings, including Spare Time (Bowl New England); 2014 FEC of The Year, Shenanigans in Rockwall, Texas; Uptown Alley (Trifecta) in Changzhou, China and many more. Dolehanty and Redemption Plus are grateful to have worked with industry leaders throughout the suite’s creation and improvement.

“The design suite employed by Redemption Plus to design our redemption stores has been invaluable for our construction initiatives,” John Erdman, Director of Amusements with Bowl New England, said. “The tools they offer allow us to layout and visualize the room in 3D and take much of the guess work out of all the critical components such as the flow and lighting of the room. We are able to design the room with great confidence and precision.”

Customers have the option to take advantage of design solutions through an a-la-carte menu. This allows the customers to employ only the expertise they’re in need of without generating wasted dollars and time. Throughout the design and implementation process a team comprised of Dolehanty, the customer’s Redemption Plus Value Architect, the contracted builder and customer internal parties are all involved each step of the way to ensure alignment on the project and minimalize error and rework.

Dolehanty will be in the Redemption Plus booth (1300) at the 2016 IAAPA Attractions Expo in November to consult with interested parties and demonstrate her abilities through live-projection in the booth.
