Providing full quality assurance, the software can present itself proudly to be proven over many years. With SPACE, camLine offers industrial manufacturers a highly developed infrastructure solution to interactively control their manufacturing processes (Statistical Process Control, SPC). Inter-site production quality is under constant and precise control, compliant with ISO 9000. SPACE interacts with numerous data sources and runs tens of thousands control charts in parallel. This of course includes the extensive automation of corrective actions. It can detect rule violations and immediately induce and pursue measures. The traceability of all data, in particular process data, is provided by SPACE securely by using an integrated database. Many global manufacturers rely on LineWorks SPACE which evolved into a de facto standard for modern SPC, especially in the semiconductor industry.
SPACE 7.1 includes improvements for normalized charts and specification management which facilitate to implement an SPC strategy specifically in an environment with high product mix and short production runs. The new version also adds over 90 improvements in usability, graphics, and reliability and includes an interface to camLine's data analysis product Cornerstone.
