Superior Essex - Energy Cable offers a new series of power cbles (E9xK) suitable for underground power distribution!
The Medium Voltage Underground Primary Power Cable product family includes voltages 15kV through 35kV, with features such as Tree-Retardant Cross-linked Polyethylene (TR-XLPE) insulation, helically applied Copper Wires as full or reduced Concentric Neutrals (CN), and a Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) jacket. Each cable is manufactured in our Tarboro, NC facility that utilizes state-of-the-art equipment, including a Continuous Catenary Vulcanization (CCV) line. The new line of medium voltage underground distribution cables are used for electrical power distribution, in the Utilities and Renewable Energy sector.
