CVM SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES SUPPLIER DIVERSITY MANAGED SERVICES

Westchester, IL – January 6, 2015 – CVM Solutions, a division of Kroll Compliance and the premier provider of supplier diversity technology, supplier data and services, announced today the addition of a new comprehensive managed services offering: a consulting program designed to give supplier diversity professionals the expertise they need to either develop a new supplier diversity program or advance their existing program.

With a 13 year history as the industry leader in providing supplier diversity data, technology and Tier 2 program management services to over 350 customers, CVM is now extending its consulting services and expertise to those organizations that are interested in creating the foundation needed to build and manage a new supplier diversity program. CVM will offer services that encompass every aspect of initiating a new program, including the creation of the business case for supplier diversity, and the development of strategic short- and long-term diversity goals, as well as internal and external communication plans. CVM's new managed services offering also will help these new clients to set a diverse spend baseline and identify potential areas to increase diverse spend.

CVM's new consulting services also will provide the strategic guidance organizations with existing supplier diversity programs need to maximize their program results and achieve program growth. Based on the results of an initial comprehensive assessment, CVM will work with clients on growth strategy development and implementation, best practices deployment, ROI impact analysis and the creation of a Tier 2 program, as well as program benchmarking and contract language design. In addition, CVM will provide assistance with special projects such as award applications, annual purchasing reports and government reporting, including compliance with California's new AB 53 supplier diversity reporting requirements for insurance companies and other ad-hoc reporting requirements.

"Over the past few years, CVM has helped its clients achieve the best practices of supplier diversity as part of its overall managed services efforts. Many clients have consequently requested additional consulting and reporting services to support their supplier diversity growth initiatives," said Ashlee Nelson, VP, sales and marketing of CVM Solutions, "We're excited to bring these new services to the supplier diversity market and to even better enable our expanded managed services team to empower our customers to develop and grow their supplier diversity programs."
