The partnership between these two companies will increase the convenience, variety, and quality of Sparky Manufacturing's products by linking customers with Delucchi Electric's prefabrication services and by utilizing Delucchi Electric's time-tested product lines.
In August 2015, Sparky Manufacturing will acquire the "Off the Shelf" Assemblies, Overhead Assemblies, and Pre-Cut MC Whip product lines from Delucchi Electric. Delucchi Electric will retain their Full Prefabrication, Raceway, Pipe Bending, and Underground Duct Bank services.
