The certification, ISO 14298, governs security printing and specifies the highest possible security requirements for certain printing systems. MorphoTrust achieved the certification at one of its credential production facilities operating in an undisclosed location in the United States, making MorphoTrust the first ID manufacturer in the Americas to receive this certification.

With this ISO certification, MorphoTrust has been recognized for taking significant steps to reduce, eliminate, and prevent security threats to the ID production process as identified by an independent organizational risk assessment. MorphoTrust’s security printing management system complies with relevant laws and regulations in force, and also demonstrates MorphoTrust’s commitment to assisting customers in becoming compliant with the REAL ID Act. The ISO certification is renewed annually.
