This is the ultimate solution providing an all-in-one respiratory, eye, face and head protection against airborne particulate contaminates including hexavalent chromium, flying debris, sparks, cutting and chemical or metal splashes. For convenience, the Deluxe Supplied Air Shield and Welding Helmet (Blue) SYSTEM offers an all-in-one system for one-worker or two-worker needs. This cost effective alternative includes one or two shields/welding helmets, a ¾ hp or 1 ½ hp ambient air pump and 50 feet of breathing hose. NIOSH approved/ANSI certified.
The low profile, light weight Deluxe Supplied Air Shield and Welding Helmet (Black) provides protection from airborne contaminates, sparks, debris or chemical and molten metal splashes. The Welding helmet offers a large #10 lens with 4” x 5” viewing area (ADF lens shades 5-14 optional). The quick release suspension allows easy cleaning. The Deluxe Supplied Air Shield and Welding Helmet (Black) SYSTEM offers an all-in-one system for one-worker or as a two-worker system. It includes one or two shields/welding helmets, a ¾ hp or 1 ½ hp ambient air pump and 50 feet of breathing hose. Both units are ANSI certified and NIOSH approved.
The Allegro Economy Supplied Air Shield and Welding Helmet is durable and lightweight molded from tough thermoplastic resin– lighter than fiberglass, allowing for less fatigue and greater productivity. Clean, breathable filtered air is directed to the interior of the face shield at a constant flow rate. Easy filter replacement using standard size filter and standard cover and impact plates. Meets ANSI Z87.1 standards for impact resistance.
