ALLEGRO INTRODUCES EZ AIR PRO, THE ULTIMATE AIR PURIFYING RESPIRATOR (PAPR)

PIEDMONT, SC – Intended for industrial applications where respiratory, eye and face protection is paramount, the EZ Air PRO PAPR Systems provide workers with more comfort, less fatigue and improved productivity. Systems feature a motorized, NiMH battery operating system that supplies a constant supply of fresh, filtered air over the user’s face. At an APF level of 1000, it creates optimal protective pressure inside the respirator head top keeping away harmful gases, vapors, particulates and fumes. Three Headtop options are available with three types of replacement filters for HEPA, Acid Gas and Organic Vapor applications.
The Allegro EZ Air Grinding PRO Shield PAPR is the ultimate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) solution for industrial environments that demand protection from contaminates during grinding applications. Allegro’s Deluxe Supplied Air Shield/Helmet uniquely provides all-in-one head, eye, face and respiratory protection against hazardous airborn contaminates and flying debris. Features include: ergonomic design for superb balance, no fit testing required, can be worn with facial hair and a clear ANSI-compliant lens. A complete system includes air shield/helmet, downtube, blower, NiMH battery, charger and 2 HEPA filters with optional Acid Gas & Organic Vapor filters available separately. The Allegro EZ Air PRO Blue Welding Helmet PAPR and EZ Air PRO Black Welding Helmet PAPR are both performance proven and a cost effective systems used by foundries, aluminum plants, mines, chemical plants, auto manufacturers, metal working and fabricators. This helmets will protect against airborne contaminates including Hexavalent chromium, flying debris, sparks, chemical and molten metal splashes. Features include: a clear ANSI-compliant lens, flip-up visor with ADF variable shade 5-14 lens for the EZ Air PRO Blue model and a large #10 lens for the EZ Air PRO Black model.
