THE SWEET ALTERNATIVE TO WAXING!

Have you ever heard of Sugaring? I’ll give you a clue; it has nothing to do with baking. It’s actually one of the best ways to remove hair on your body! I am asked all the time about body waxing because I have always waxed my arms. Don’t judge me until you try it. You’ll be obsessed with the way it looks and feels, I promise. Anyway, people need to get rid of their unwanted hair and razors really irritate skin. It’s almost worse having red, itchy, burning rash, than the hair… almost. ðŸ™‚

The most common places to wax or sugar for women are underarms, legs, bikini line, and upper lip. For men, its back, chest and stomach. Wherever you want to remove hair from your body is your business. I’m just here to tell you my favorite method that happens to be very easy, all natural and great for your skin!

Here’s how it works… The sugar looks like honey, but thicker. When applied it quickly and naturally heats with the temperature of the skin. Hair is gently removed by the root, as the sugar exfoliates and conditions the skin. You use a flicking motion to remove the sugar from the skin, instead of using waxing strips, so it’s easy to use anywhere. Also, it doesn’t remove the top layer of skin like waxing, so it’s better for your skin!

I’ve had a lot of experience with both waxing and sugaring. The sugar really makes hair removal easy. I love how my skin feels after, but lets get real, it’s nice not to have to plug in a wax pot and get a bunch of stuff out whenever you want to personal groom. It’s hard enough to keep up on all the products! Ya know!? Instead of shaving every three days or so, now you can sugar every three weeks, or longer. I’m a visual learner, so here is a quick video on how to use Sugar Me Smooth.

Given spring is in the air and we’ll soon be showing more skin. I wanted all of us to be prepared and get on the sugaring bandwagon! If you have any questions, leave a comment below. I’m here to help!

Here’s to a happy and hairless spring!
