Thermo Fisher Scientific to showcase temperature control devices at SEMICON WEST

 

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. SEMICON WEST (July 12, 2016) – New temperature control devices, designed with optimized cooling capacity and reliability, are available for critical semiconductor manufacturing applications.

 

Thermo Fisher Scientific is showcasing products and services that enhance manufacturing productivity for semiconductor device and OEM manufacturers during SEMICON West. Attendees can view the latest temperature control technology, including the Thermo Scientific ThermoFlex series of recirculating chillers, and speak to representatives about the depth of the company’s capabilities at Booth 2715 at the Moscone Center, San Francisco, California.

Among the products on display, ThermoFlex recirculating chillers are optimized for the most demanding applications, and are designed for reliability, ease of use and simple maintenance. Developed with customer input from concept to design, the ThermoFlex platform has a cooling capacity up to 24,000 watts (81,948 btu/hr) and is a configurable SEMI S2 cooling solution. ThermoFlex chillers come in a variety of models with a temperature range of up to 90°C.

Additionally, temperature control service solutions are available within a global service network and offerings include installation, maintenance and repair of Thermo Scientific  chiller and heat exchanger portfolios.
