MDC Vacuum Ltd announced today that they had expanded their manufacturing operations in Europe through the acquisition of CVT Ltd operations based in Milton Keynes. CVT adds significantly to MDC’s European capabilities. ”Now we have a fully integrated platform for growth across Europe”, said Roger Cockroft , MDC’s CEO.
MDC, head quartered in Hayward California, recently launched a multi-million dollar group-wide initiative to restructure the business and position the company for long term stable growth. “It’s exciting times here at MDC; we’re investing in the latest technology and tools, expanding our capabilities and skill sets, and kicking off a global focus on continual innovation”.
