FABTECH 2016

Greater Savings, Greater Productivity, and A Greater Process In Your Hook & Rack Stripping Process

Hubbard-Hall’s new stripper and in-line hook and rack stripping technical presentation await you in Las Vegas.

Take a moment to consider all of the potential problems you can encounter in your typical off-line hook and rack paint stripping process. High inventory costs; delivery delays due to outsourcing; issues with the conductivity of your parts. What if we were to tell you that thanks to advances in chemistry over the past few years, there’s a new method known as in-line hook and rack paint stripping that can save you time and money by streamlining your process? We have the full details on how it all works and the paint stripping products that make it happen, both of which we’ll be bringing to Las Vegas for FABTECH 2016.

Our Technical Service Manager Larry Ensley will be giving a presentation on in-line hook and rack stripping as part of the Hooks, Racks & Stripping Technologies series of talks in room N212 on November 17. This talk will provide you with an overview of the importance of paint stripping and the advantages of in-line hook and rack stripping specifically. Larry will also share the real life story of a customer who successfully adopted this new process, resulting in an annual savings of $330,000 and increased productivity.

An effective in-line hook and rack stripping process requires a chemical paint stripping product fast-acting enough to keep up with demands, and Hubbard-Hall has just the thing. On the show floor at booth C52059, we will be showcasing our Aquastrip MPS hook and rack stripper. This fast-acting, free-rinsing and biodegradable hook and rack paint stripper can remove powder and acrylic coatings from all metal types without causing metal fatigue, making it a perfect fit for any inline hook and rack stripping process.
