Chicago Pneumatic will be premiering its first reversible drill at FABTECH 2016 as well as introducing innovative tools including new screwdrivers and chipping hammers at its Booth N1408. Visitors to the booth will be able to test the major product lines such as grinders and impact wrenches for metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing, on live test benches, and they can experience the tools first-hand.

Chicago Pneumatic’s first reversible drill range for industrial markets – the CP1114R – is expected to set a new high standard in terms of performance and price. The next generation drills have exceptional durability, and can run for 800 hours before maintenance. As a result, they provide a long-service life enabling users to reduce their maintenance schedule and associated costs significantly.
The company is also launching a new range of industrial screwdrivers that offers premium performance at an attractive price. The CP28 series completes the range of maintenance and production tools for general purpose fastening applications in the metal fabrication. They are especially designed for intensive use in assembly lines, and are robust to withstand daily rigours, enabling end users to increase productivity.
In addition, the CP93 series of rugged chipping hammers, with a compact but heavy duty body and ergonomic handle, will be on show. The chipping hammers deliver excellent power levels enabling users to get their jobs done quickly, efficiently and safely. The durable and reliable tools are ideal for the toughest of jobs such as chipping, scaling, weld destruction, rivet busting, demolition, cleaning work on castings, and building renovation works.
