WINTON’S CTL 23PA IS NOW EVEN FASTER

Suwanee, Georgia - October 18, 2016 –  An upgraded system now allows Winton Machine’s CTL 23PA cut to length machine to feed tubing at a rate up to three times faster than it was previously capable. The upgrades to the system, which is designed as a free standing tube cutoff machine, means that the CTL 23PA can create massive amounts of high quality parts in a short amount of time.

“Our machines are now shipping with the ability to move the tubing at 34” per second,” says George Winton, President and Lead Engineer at Winton Machine. “This high speed feature allows our customers to produce more parts per day saving them a boat load of time.”

In addition to the feed rate improvements, the machine is now capable of batch programming. This allows the operator to program different lengths and quantities to be cut back to back in a single batch. By reducing the instances of required input, the CTL 23PA is already saving OEM’s time and improving their bottom line.
