CYLASER now offers a very capable 21 CNC Axis tube fiber laser. The company's extensive prior experience in tube processing produced a tube cutting machine platform including two standard sizes, up to 5" and up to 9" diameter (or inscribed geometries), and a custom line for special application requirements. CYT5 and CYT9 are the machine model names.
The machines feature state of the art automation and sensing technology to ensure high accuracy levels when required. An automatic chuck adjustment deveice also ensures tube integrity while self-adjusting chcuk pressure after loading.
Bundle loader and CNC unloading and or separating systems complete the cutting systems nicley enabling high volume production requirements.
Company officials indicate that CYLASER's tube cutting systems are suitable for a variety of users ranging from furniture making to structural tube applications. Thanks to its fiber laser generator, coupled with the well known CYLASER own cutting head, it is possible to also process seamlessly steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper tube or proifiles. The operasting cost of such systems is extremely low.
