Green Valley Manufacturing has been called upon to design and build a number of high capacity heavy duty trailers reflecting a new demand in the industry as tools and dies increase in size. Titan trailer design focus has always been to combine high capacities in a small footprint, although a 40,000 lb. capacity caster steer trailer just left the shop with a bit larger footprint at 8’x 22’. Recently built trailer design load capacities have been in the range of 2500 lbs. to 104,000 lbs., while steering mobility design specs include fifth-wheel counter steer trailer with dual tongue, scooter trailer with pockets for 4-side fork access, single tongue caster-steer, and four wheel steer. More Titan trailers are currently in the design or production phase as the demand continues.
