SES, LLC, of Alliance, Ohio, announces their strategic partnership with Daisho Seiki Corporation, Japan, to broaden their ability to supply Bar Turning and Burnishing technology in the North American market. This new alliance will expand SES’ process capabilities, making it now possible for the company to supply complete Turning and Polishing Lines to bar manufacturers and processors.
Since 1966, Daisho Seiki has more than 100 installations of bar turning machines. This new relationship will give SES the opportunity to provide the North American market with appropriately sized Daisho bar turners (models up to 12” capability) and burnisher/straighteners (to 5”).
Now a single source supplier for complete Turning and Polishing Lines, SES will utilize the services of their Automation offices in Toronto, ON for complete automation and systems integration. SES’ Automation team will incorporate North American electrical hardware for not only the Daisho equipment, but for a complete process solution.
Custom cell layouts including cut-to-length, chamfering, NDT inspection, prove-up stations, and hex bundling, can be added to suit customer requirements. Live testing of the equipment with customer supplied material will be performed at one of SES’ manufacturing facilities located in Alliance, OH.
