Nature’s Bakery Unveils Double Chocolate Brownies

RENO, Nev. (September 18, 2015) – Nature’s Bakery announced today it is unveiling a new line of double chocolate brownies to its popular snack food line, preparing for a limited release of samples at Natural Products Expo East Sept. 17 - 19.

“It’s something new and a little different for us,” said Sam Marson, co-founder of Nature’s Bakery. “We set out to bake a snack that helps conquer that chocolate craving anytime, anywhere, yet is still crafted with the same thoughtful ingredients our customers have come to rely upon.”

Unique to the brownie is how Nature’s Bakery used a blend of stone ground whole wheat and chocolate to surround a decadent rich chocolate center blended with dates.

“We see this as a great addition to our line of products available to our fans,” said Founder Dave Marson. “With the same commitment to quality and taste, the brownies are a great chocolate snack to bring on-the-go for life’s great journeys.”

The brownies will be available to to brokers and stores  to fulfill orders at Expo East and on shelves as early as January 2016. The new line features four flavors including double chocolate, mint double chocolate, blueberry double chocolate, and raspberry double chocolate. They will be packaged in 144-count assorted flavor retail floor displays, six and 12-count twin-pack boxes of each flavor. Each twin pack contains two one-ounce fig bars.

The Double Chocolate Brownie line is a welcome addition to the existing product portfolio of Nature’s Bakery fig bars, including the traditional stoneground whole-wheat and their newest addition of gluten free. Staying true to it’s tradition and values, the convenient on-the-go Double Chocolate Brownie, will be Non-GMO Project verified, Kosher and Vegan certified, dairy free, soy free, cholesterol free and 0grams trans fat.
