Each bar starts with premium 95% lean meat from animals that were raised without growth hormones or antibiotics; including grass-fed beef, pasture-raised bison, and free-range turkey, then we infuse the lean meat with fruits, vegetables, ancient grains and slow bake to delivery a bar like no other.

Chili Lime: made with 100% grass fed beef, fresh lime juice, chipotle peppers, sea salt, quinoa, chia & flaxseeds.
Peach BBQ: made with 100% grass fed beef, fresh peaches, cinnamon, hickory, quinoa, chia & flaxseeds.
Strawberry Black Pepper: made with pasture-raised bison, fresh strawberries, cracked peppercorn, quinoa, chia & flaxseeds.
Maple Bacon Blueberry: made with free-range turkey, fresh blueberries, maple bacon, maple syrup, quinoa, chia & flaxseeds.
By not using a smoking technique, the flavors are prominent and each bar truly lives up to its flavor profile. As compared to the competition, other meat bars use a smokehouse process, which requires the use of fatty cuts of meat; they are then smoked and cured over a long period of time. Smoking fatty meats gives the product a greasy outside layer with a smoky flavor.
