Against The Grain to Debut Grain-free Flatbread Pizza and Pizza Wraps at ExpoEast

Debuting at Expo East this year is Against The Grain’s newest product: a single-serve Flatbread Pizza and Pizza Wrap. It is a whole new kind of product: when baked it is a grain-free pizza; when warmed, it can be folded into a hand-held burrito or wrap. Available initially in Classic (tomato and cheese) and Fiesta (black bean, sour cream, lime, and spices) flavors, it is the perfect snack. The product is also an ideal platform for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Based on the company’s new and popular Lebanese-style pita, the product is also the first gluten free product to feature amazing tasting, grain-free, light buckwheat flour.
