Fair Trade Shea Butter Brand Launches NEW Scents

During Expo East the Largest Natural, Organic & Healthy Products Event on the East Coast

Baltimore, MD, September 8, 2015 – Shea Yeleen, a high quality collection of natural fair trade beauty products made from 100% natural, unrefined shea butter sourced by womenowned cooperatives in northern Ghana, is set to launch two NEW scents during Expo East, the largest natural, organic and healthy products expo on the east coast. Expo East will take place September 17-19, 2015 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Maryland. Shea Yeleen will be located on the main floor in booth 3508.

With the growing popularity of Shea Yeleen’s shea butter balms, the brand is excited to launch for the first time, two NEW scents that will include, Vanilla Almond and Bergamot Chamomile. The newest additions, along with fan favorites Lavender Honeysuckle and Unscented creams will be free of Phenoxyethanol a chemical preservative, often used in dermatological products such as skin creams and sunscreen.  As consumers continue to seek all natural alternatives to artificial ingredients, Shea Yeleen has further demonstrated its commitment to meeting its customers’ needs, by replacing chemical preservatives with a naturally derived preservative that has proven to be more beneficial to one’s skin.  All four scents are also now available as balms which fill out the product line; that includes five luxurious soaps and three moisturizing lip balms.

Shea Yeleen’s Founder and CEO Rahama Wright is excited to participate at this year’s Expo East, stating that “It is an incredible opportunity to present our products alongside companies who have shaped the natural products industry. We know that customers are seeking not only highest quality products available on the market but also products that are safe to use. Shea Yeleen prides itself on working directly with women to ensure that our products are made ethically and sustainably.”

Shea Yeleen will be offering 25% off all orders placed on the show floor as part of the Expo’s 25% Off Club, which is open to select natural products exhibitors this year.

Currently, Shea Yeleen products are available in more than 70 Whole Foods Markets in the North Atlantic, North East, and Mid Atlantic regions, in various independent accounts across the country, and online via the company's website; www.SheaYeleen.com.
