Buddha Teas has taken an unprecedented step forward to eliminate their carbon footprint with their “Teas for Trees” campaign, the first of its kind in the industry. As part of this campaign, Buddha Teas is partnering with the National Forest Foundation’s “Trees for US” program, which sponsors tree-planting operations across the country. The goal of “Teas for Trees” is to offset our use of paper in tea bags and other areas of Buddha Teas products by planting more than 5000 trees each year. The “Teas for Trees” campaign is the latest development in Buddha Teas’ ongoing effort to promote healthier products and eco-friendly processes.
Buddha Teas has adopted other eco-friendly practices in the past, such as using exclusively organic or sustainably wild-crafted ingredients and using recycled and biodegradable materials in their products.
