SCORE ENERGY ANNOUNCES ITS ATTENDANCE AT THIS YEARS POWERGEN EUROPE

Scottish headquartered gas turbine service company, Score Energy, has announced it will be exhibiting at PowerGen Europe in Amsterdam in June 2015. The company was established more than 20 years ago and has since grown to establish itself as an award winning and customer focused business.

The organisation, which employs more than 120 people, specialises in the, maintenance, servicing and testing of aero-derivative gas turbines and their fuel systems and accessories. In recent months the company has enjoyed significant growth overseas with its new facility opening in Houston and the appointment of two additional sales managers to expand its customer support. It hopes to continue this success and further expand its client base across Europe and the globe.

PowerGen Europe is one of the largest annual conferences and exhibitions held in Europe and has been connecting power industry professionals for 23 years. The event is held over three days from June 9 to 11 and will be held at the Amsterdam RAI in the Netherlands this year. It will feature keynote sessions, topical panel discussions and conference sessions aimed at energy professionals.

Calum Melhuish, Head of Sales and Customer Support for Score Energy will be attending the event with the company. He said: “PowerGen Europe is a fantastic event that is held in Europe annually. It will be a good opportunity for Score Energy to discuss some of our latest service solutions with both potential and existing clients.”

This will be the thirteenth year that Score Energy has exhibited and the event is expected to attract more than 11,000 attendees. Score Energy saw a high number of visitors to its stand in previous years and believes it will see a larger footfall this year.

Calum added: “I believe that the interest at our stand in previous years demonstrates our key position within the aero-derivative gas turbine market. We have established key relationships with our OEMs- AAT, Parker, GE, Woodward, TDI, Arkwin and Honeywell- at this event in the past and hope to build on these in support of our loyal and expanding customer base”.

The firm specialises in the overhaul, repair, up-grade, modification, testing, supply and leasing of gas turbines, fuel systems and accessories - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The company will be exhibiting at stand 2A18 at PowerGen Europe.
