Janitorial Manager-Our Story

We have three goals. Make software that works. Make software that anyone can use. Make software that can be afforded. Seems reasonable, right?

You might correctly guess that these noble goals came from a long running frustration with the existing products on the market. Most of us involved with JM have direct commercial cleaning experience. We have owned, operated or worked for cleaning companies and we know what it's like. We know what it's like to need information and not be able to find it. We know what it's like to try to manage operations from a spreadsheet. We know what it means to keep paper records in stacks of file cabinets.

Finally we decided to change all that nonsense!

In 2012 the first version was deployed internally and utilized for a year by a mid-sized company. Almost immediately $7000 a month in wasteful spending was identified and corrected.

We then brought in a web developer and six months later, an amazing program ready for beta testing. The team spent all of 2013 testing Janitorial Manager in house and with other janitorial companies.

Janitorial Manger is now available to YOU and offers critical management tools to make your company successful, and it has only just begun. Janitorial Manager will be integrating other software platforms and adding key functionality in the near future.

Janitorial Manager, built by "janitors", developed by "janitors", and used daily by "janitors", will change the way we manage the cleaning industry.
