All Food Establishments deserve to be informed on Food Safety Regulations

Food Safety Direct was created in 2000, since then, CEO/Owner, Teresa Garcia, has dedicated her time to help Food Establishments all of sizes, recognize the need to have all their Staff trained in the basics of Food Safety. The Training is not an option, it has been the new regulation effective in December of 2016.

There is a great need for awareness, specially those small restaurants that might not have access to the lates technology. Food Safety needs to become a priority for every Food Establishment Owner, Manager and Employee, I intend to continue woeking to make sure this goal is achieved.
