Attn Summit Attendees & Exhibitors! Due to a very high room demand at the Gaylord over the dates of April 14 and 15, you will now be able to cancel rooms that include these dates without any penalties. Gaylord is in an oversold situation and we need to help them out as much as possible to avoid moving AAAA guests to other hotels.
For example, we have found several reservations that hold multiple rooms in one name. If you do not need the rooms, please let Gaylord know ASAP so you do not get charged for the full stay. This will allow us to accommodate other AAAA members who need the rooms.
