The conference tomorrow starts with a bang: the Mattiello Lecture will take place at 8:30 am in room 240-242. The Mattiello Award recognizes an individual who has made outstanding contributions to science, technology, and engineering related to the coatings industry. This year’s recipient Dr. Ray Fernando of California Polytechnic State University, will deliver the lecture, “Rheological and Colloidal Aspects of Latex-Associative Thickener Formulations: Overcoming the Remaining Challenges.”
