One of today’s highlights is the presentation of the American Coatings AWARD. Visit the plenary session at 12.15 pm in the 500 Ballroom to see who will receive the prestigious prize recognizing the most outstanding technical presentation at the American Coatings CONFERENCE. Selected and sponsored by the American Coatings Association and Vincentz Network, it is presented with an attractive sculpture and $2,500 in prize money. Another highlight is the keynote which will be given by Dr. Barry Snyder. The Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Axalta Coating Systems will speak about how the coatings industry will be challenged by the changing color needs of the millennial generation and more short-lived trends.
