We kick off seven hours of non-stop business opportunity at 10:00 a.m., immediately following the ceremonial ribbon-cutting. More than 400 exhibitors are on hand displaying their newest products and latest innovations.
In addition, educational programs will be taking place at the Micro-Session center throughout the day.
There are also all day dining opportunities throughout the show floor, from our Bistro Café to Central Park and the Celebrity Chef area, to Culinary Innovation Stations and many other opportunities. No one goes hungry at the New York Produce Show!
