convention center.

A valid barcoded event name badge or ticket is required for admission to all events. No
exceptions. This identification badge is your ticket of admission to the plenary sessions,
workshops and Signature Sessions, as well meal functions and receptions. There is a $150-
$350 charge (depending on type of registration) for name e badge replacement. Certain events
and activities have additional fees or limited seating available. |
| NMSDC strives to accommodate guests with special diets. Many of our meals are self-serve or
buffet-style and include enough alternatives to accommodate most diet requirements and
preferences.
For plated meals, a limited number of alternative meals (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free,
etc.) are available on a first-come, first served basis. Advise your server of any dietary
restrictions when you arrive at your table to learn your entrée options. Please note that our
caterers do not have separate kitchens to prepare allergen-free items or separate dining areas
for guests with allergies or intolerances. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that cross contact with
allergens will not occur.
