Global Digital Health Forum 2017

Global Digial Health Index Workshop - 1:30pm in Commerce Room

The Global Digital Health Index (GDHI) is an interactive digital resource that aims to track, monitor, and evaluate the effective use of digital technology for health across the globe. It will help benchmark and determine how resources and investments in digital health are ultimately strengthening the broader health system and encourage better behavior among policy makers, donors, and implementers in the digital health field. Over the past year, we have collaborated with digital health experts around the world to refine the list of indicators that the Index will use, and we will be unveiling the GDHI prototype during the December 6th workshop. We would like to invite you to learn more about the Global Digital Health Index, interact with the prototype, and hear your thoughts on how the platform could be further developed from prototype to Version 1 to better support your work in digital health. The workshop is led by the Global Development Incubator, Personal Connected Health Alliance and ThoughtWorks with support from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
